During Guy's training at Dallas, he had the opportunity to visit with his Aunt Tego (Mother's sister) who worked and lived in Dallas at the time. Madge Kirwan and Tego lived in the same apartment building and were good friends. Madge and her daughter, Jody, both worked at the Adolphus Hotel, a place Tego loved to frequent for dining. Naturally, Tego introduced Guy to the Kirwans and some weekend leave time was spent together with them.
